Introduction

We understand that your privacy and the security of your personal information is extremely important. When we use ‘we’ or ‘us’ in this policy, we refer to the company ATI Tank Hire Ltd. We are a business-to-business provider of tanks and silos to industrial companies in the oil and gas, construction, environmental, chemical and agricultural sectors. We are registered at Companies House, company registration no. 1766265.

We collect personal information to be able to deliver products, offers and services to companies in the sectors we operate in, as well as other content tailored to your interests.

We respect your privacy and will not send you marketing messages if you tell us not to.

We publish occasional email newsletters, used to inform subscribers about products and services supplied by this website. Users can subscribe through an online automated process should they wish to do so and at their own discretion. Some subscriptions may be manually processed through prior written agreement with the user.

Email marketing campaigns published by this website or its owners may contain tracking facilities within the email. Subscriber activity is tracked and stored in a database for analysis and evaluation. Such tracked activity may include the opening and forwarding of emails, the clicking of links within the email content and the times, dates and frequency of activity. In compliance with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) 2003, we give subscribers the opportunity to unsubscribe at any time through an automated system detailed in the email campaign footer.

All personal details relating to subscriptions are held securely and in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR). No personal details are passed on to third parties or shared with external companies or people, apart from website email marketing providers such as MailChimp.

Under the GDPR, you may request a copy of personal information held about you by this website’s email newsletter software. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you, please write to the business address at the bottom of this policy.

  8.  Can you stop the use of your personal data for direct marketing?

We offer several ways for you to stop receiving direct marketing communications from us:

  • Click the ‘unsubscribe’ link in any email communication we send you.
  • Email Wilma Earl wilma@ati-tanks.co.uk with the word ‘remove’ in the subject line and the email address that you wish to be removed within the email.

Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your request to be actioned.
