Alexander Jacobs

Alexander is a Foreign Exchange Specialist at the New York branch of BNP Paribas and the youngest member of the Board.

After taking a BA in Economics at New York University, with Business Studies at the Stern School of Business, Alex (the late Charles Lumsden’s stepson) began his career in the financial services division of IHS Markit, before moving to the international investment bank, BNP Paribas.

Appointed as a director of ATI in August 2019, Alex comments: ‘I believe that happy employees are more motivated and produce better work, resulting in greater profits. Everything starts with culture, and everyone should have a voice.’

Outside work, Alex plays competitive tennis, arranges matches for the BNP Paribas team and is a regular at the gym. He enjoys travel and finding the best food Manhattan has to offer.
