ATI Modern Slavery Statement

July 2026

Here are the steps ATI has taken and continues to take to understand and minimise the potential risk of modern slavery in its business and supply chains.

This statement is published in line with section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, which requires large commercial organisations (with a total turnover of at least £36 million per year) to prepare a Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement for each financial year. ATI has an annual turnover of less than £2 million but is committed to the principles of the Act.

The company’s ordinary activities are the hire, service and maintenance of storage and transportation tanks, silos and ancillary equipment. Our customers and supply chain are primarily UK and Ireland based entities.

We support good relationships between our staff, customers, and suppliers, which underpin business success.

1. Our commitment to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015

ATI is committed to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the abolition of modern slavery and human trafficking. As an equal opportunities employer the company is committed to creating and ensuring a non-discriminatory and respectful working environment for our staff.

We want all our staff to feel confident that they can expose wrongdoing without any risk to themselves.

Our recruitment and people management processes are designed to ensure that all prospective employees are legally entitled to work in the UK and to safeguard employees from any abuse or coercion.

We do not enter into business with any organisation that knowingly supports or is found to be involved in slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour.

2. Our supply chain

Due to the nature of our business, we assess ourselves to have a low risk of modern slavery in our business and supply chains.

Our supply chains are limited, and we procure goods and services from a restricted range of suppliers in the UK and Ireland.

3. Our policies in relation to the Modern Slavery Act 2015

The following policies are available to all staff through the ATI staff handbook and other policy statements.

3.1 Code of conduct (rules and procedures)
3.2 Ethics & anti-bribery policy
3.3 Whistleblowing policy (raising concerns)
3.4 Bullying and harassment policy
3.5 Diversity and inclusion policy (equal opportunities)
3.6 Recruitment and selection policy (equal opportunities)

4. Embedding the principles

We will continue to embed the principles through:

4.1 Communicating with staff on the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and informing them of the appropriate action to take if they suspect a case of slavery or human trafficking.
4.2 Consideration of the modern slavery risks and prevention as an employer and procurer of goods and services.
4.3 Making sure our procurement strategies address modern slavery and human trafficking.
4.4 Continuing to take action to embed a zero-tolerance policy towards modern slavery
4.5 Ensuring that staff involved in buying or procurement and the recruitment and deployment of workers are aware of modern slavery and ethical employment practices.

This statement has been approved by the Board for the financial year ending 31st July 2027 and will be reviewed and updated for every financial year.

This policy has been approved and authorised by the Board.
