Susanne Lumsden – Director

Susanne Lumsden

Susanne has an MBA from London Business School and a degree in English Literature from Oxford University.  A former director of the book publisher Faber, she is experienced in traditional and digital marketing.

Her direct responsibilities at ATI are the database, website and marketing and she mentors’ staff in analysis and report-writing.

‘Working for a small family company is always stimulating.  No day is the same!  Like my late husband, Charles, I believe in the importance of continuous training for all staff, both in the office and the yard – whether it’s learning a new software package or B3 forklift training.’

Susanne was married to the late Charles Lumsden and has two children and two dogs.  She is a keen gardener, bridge player and cook.
