Remember, Remember… Safety First This Bonfire Night! 🎆
Bonfire Night is here again, bringing colourful fireworks, roaring bonfires and plenty of celebrations!
At ATI Tank Hire, safety is something we take seriously all year round, so with the 5th of November upon us, we thought we’d share a few simple reminders to help everyone enjoy the festivities safely.
Our Top Firework Safety Tips
- Follow the instructions – Always read the instructions carefully and keep a safe distance once fireworks have been lit.
- Never return to a lit firework – Even if it appears not to have gone off, never attempt to relight it.
- Be prepared – Keep a bucket of water nearby and make sure children are supervised around fireworks and sparklers.
- Remember your pets – Keep animals safely indoors, where they feel comfortable and secure, away from loud bangs and flashing lights.
Safety Doesn’t Stop After Bonfire Night
While fireworks are designed to make a bang, our tanks certainly aren’t!
Safety is an important part of everything we do at ATI. Many of our tanks and silos incorporate features such as pressure relief valves, secondary containment bunds and fall arrest systems, helping to protect people, equipment and the environment.
Our equipment also undergoes regular inspections and maintenance to ensure it meets the required safety standards before going out on hire.
Whether you’re attending an organised display or celebrating at home, we hope you have a fantastic Bonfire Night.
Stay safe and enjoy the fireworks!
From everyone at ATI Tank Hire.
